Go behind the scenes with Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary Free Guided Tours

Book your space

Saturday 26 July to Saturday 30 August

Looking for something fun, educational, and different to do with the family during the school holidays? Come and explore the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary with our free guided tours, running daily at 11:30am in the school holidays.

These exclusive tours give you the chance to learn more about the sanctuary from one of our team. You'll get to go behind the scenes and visit our feed room where you can hear first-hand about the daily care, feeding, and veterinary support that our donkeys receive.

It’s the perfect opportunity to ask questions, learn more about our rescue work and most importantly, see our donkeys.

Whether you're a long-time supporter or it’s your first visit, the guided tour will give you a deeper understanding of the amazing work that goes on every single day.

The best part? It’s completely free.

You can book your space in advance. We also hold back a few for bookings on the day, that can be booked at the Welcome Hut on the day.

Want to learn more about the sanctuary? Come along, meet the donkeys and discover more.
