Who we are
Our website is operated by our Charity, Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary CIO (Charity Number 1159886), our online shop is operated by The Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary Limited, a company registered in the UK. All profits generated by the Limited company go towards the care and welfare of our Donkeys and other equines in our care.

Our Products
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that all descriptions, prices and images are accurate although colours and sizes may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability.
Prices and Payments
All prices are in GBP(£), including VAT where applicable and purchases must be paid for in full at time of purchase, either via or debit/credit card. All debit and credit cards are handled by secure payment services.
Ordering process
When you place an order, you will get an email confirming receipt and another email to advise when your order has been despatched. For Gift cards you will receive an email with instructions on how to share the gift card with the recipient and how to redeem it.
Delivery
We only deliver within the UK and use Royal Mail. The standard delivery charge is £3.95, unless your order is for £25 or more when delivery is free! Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery date or time.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days in which to cancel your order from the date of receipt of your item(s). If you wish to cancel your order you must return the goods in a resaleable condition at your own cost, sending the item(s) back to us in a secure package to the address above, ensuring you keep your proof of postage. Please contact us to make us aware of the return and we will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Should your item(s) be damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
