Our Donkey Experience is the perfect activity to make your visit to the sanctuary even more special. For two hours you’ll go behind the scenes with a member of our yard team as an honorary team member. You’ll do it all - from poo picking, mucking out and the most important part – having donkey cuddles!

We always try to make the experience as personal as possible, so if you adopt with us or have a favourite donkey just let us know when you book.

About our Donkey Experience
Our Donkey Experience is a 2 hour behind the scenes experience that takes place in small groups of up to two people. We offer the Donkey Experience twice a day at 11am and 1pm. Bookings must be made 48 hours in advance. You can read more about our Donkey Experience on this page.
Ts and Cs specific to this offer:
- Book a Donkey Experience for 2 people between 1 and 31 May 2026 and get £20 off the usual price of £100.
- The discount is not available for bookings of 1 person.
- The booking can be made for any dates up to and including 31 December 2026. It cannot be used for bookings after this date.
- The offer is not available for our Mini Donkey Experience.
- You cannot buy Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary Donkey Experience gift vouchers using this offer.
- The offer is available on new bookings only made from 1 to 31 May 2026.
