Tilly is a gentle, inquisitive donkey with a wonderfully affectionate nature. She came to the sanctuary from the New Forest in early 2026 with her best friend Lucy. She is happy spending time with people and is always ready to share plenty of cuddles and attention.
She’s also a thoughtful donkey who needs to take her time with new experiences like walking into the horse box. Tilly prefers to pause, think it through and decide in her own time. Once she’s had the time she needs, she’s usually willing to give things a go!
