Marcel is a dark, medium sized donkey, in his 20s. He arrived to us in June 2026 from a lovely family in Guernsey that rescued him themselves and cared for him for 5 years. He came to us after the loss of his companion.
He has arrived quite overweight so has joined the Weight Maintenance herd to get this under control. He is a quiet donkey, but is coming out of his shell more and more as he settles into the sanctuary life.
