Rose arrived at the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary in August 2019 thanks to a fantastic island family, who gave Rose a short-term home, after her original owners moved to the mainland. They then contacted us, because they very much wanted Rose to have other donkey companions. We were only too pleased to help, and the owners were superb in facilitating Rose’s transition to us.
